About Us
Primal Outfitters Inc. is a military-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Established in 2022 by United States Marine Corps Infantry veteran Josh Gunneson "Gunne". He believes that getting our active duty, veterans, first responders, and our Gold / Blue Star families into the great outdoors is a way to escape the challenges of everyday life and give them a chance to "live while they are trying to survive."
Josh was raised by his Grandfather learning how to hunt, fish and camp from a very young age. Wanting to follow in his Grandfathers footsteps and serve our country Josh joined the Marine Corps out of highschool. Where he served with 2nd Battalion 7th Marines Golf Company "Gunfighters" from 2009-2014. After losing 48 of his brothers to suicide over the years and then his beloved Grandfather passing in the spring of 2022 before he could take him fishing one last time. Josh knew it was his calling to try and make a difference by helping create cherishable memories that will last a lifetime.
